What’s to like: Now that many teachers are assigning papers and other assignments that are done on the computer, students need a way to back up and transfer their files easily. Flash drives are one of the easiest and best ways to do this.

A flash drive plugs into a computer’s USB port, and can store text documents, slideshows, videos and other school projects. If a paper copy gets lost, a student with a flash drive can print it out at school again.

Smartphone Apps

What’s to like: If your child has a smartphone, that smartphone can now be used as a study aid. There are plenty of apps that help students; many of them are free.

Dictionary.com, the most-used online dictionary and thesaurus, has a free app for both iPhones and Android phones. Quick world reference tools, like Factbook or iDictionary, let you summon facts to help in papers and projects. There are scientific calculator apps that can help you do both quick simple calculations and complicated functions and graphing. You can also find apps, like Evernote that sync your notes from your computer to your phone, so you can study while waiting in the doctor’s office or on the ride home.

I'm going to say, yes, there are signs. Trouble is the signs vary depending on the guy. Sometimes the guy will look at you a lot or joke with you. Other times, the guy will completely ignore you. I think this happens sometimes if a guy is shy and he likes you. But...but-but-but, a guy might completely ignore you if he doesn't know you or isn't intersted at all. How do you tell? from my experience, a guy likes you by looking at you a lot and if you know that he's looking at you, blink or make a motion then he will stop looking at you for that time and he will look back again. and can someone help me with my problem? my problem is that today there's these guys that repeatedly said to me "hiiii ugly girl" and now i think that I'm super ugly which is true. and right now I really need help.

i have had multiple crushes and i have a boyfriend. i think the best way to see if they like you is to tell them you like them and then ask if they like you but you have to be prepared, for a no or a yes, i told my boyfriend i liked him without expecting anything from it and then he liked me and we ended up dating! so seriously THINK what you're doing and what you want BEFORE you get in to ANYTHING. also don't be to sure he likes or you might be disappointed.

Okay, one of the ways to tell if he likes you is to first be friends with him. Hang out, and just have a good time. Then, just let it slip form your mouth that you like him. I did that once, and my crush said "I don't care", most likely cause I've known him since we were 8. But, he always acted strange around me since then. Have one of your friends bring up the topic, then have them report back to you, this may seem wrong, but my crush and I are now in a happy relationship beacause of everything above. i have a mega crush on this guy that was once my best friend. but my friend told everyone i fancy him and its not been the same between us since. ilovehim and i can't help that. he says he don't fancy me but he looks me straight in the eye, looks at me from time to time and i know that he talks to his friends about me. dunno whether they say good or bad things though.
